Larch structural timber

Larch structural timber is used for numerous applications in garden and landscape construction, often also for horse fences and pasture and paddock fences. Typical fields of use are beams, posts, rails, planks, boards, edgings, pergolas, screening structures and other outdoor projects.

Thanks to the different cross-sections, lengths and machining options, the goods can be cut to suit a specific project.

The timber for our larch structural timber comes from sustainably managed forests in Germany.

Delivery is made through various freight partners. The lead time is as a rule approx. 2 to 4 weeks and can vary according to the dimensions, the version, the order quantity and the delivery location.

Depending on the dimension and order quantity, the larch structural timber is supplied bundled or by the pallet. Larger quantities up to complete or several lorry loads can be organised accordingly.

Depending on the scope of delivery and the vehicle used, a forklift or comparable lifting equipment may be needed for unloading. When you enquire, please let us know what unloading facilities are available on site.

Collection at our Hennef address is not possible, as only our offices are located there.

• This is larch structural timber and not KVH (Konstruktionsvollholz).
• The goods are available freshly sawn or kiln-dried to approx. 18 % moisture content ± 2 %.
• Freshly cut larch can change during further drying. Shrinkage cracks, slight distortion and changes in size are typical of the material in solid timber.
• Larch is a natural product. Differences in colour, knots, grain, resin content and surface can occur.
• If there are particular requirements regarding appearance, knots, dimensional accuracy or surface quality, these should be stated with the enquiry.
• With planed stock, the actual finished sizes can be smaller than the original sawn sizes.
• Further cross-sections, special sizes and lengths to order are possible subject to availability and can be enquired about individually.
